McConkie Reunion

The family of George and Lynn McConkie is excited to announce that the 2012 McConkie Reunion has been scheduled. Mark your calendars for

7-10 June 2012, Thursday through Sunday

Warm Springs Retreat

The resort is located approximately 3.9 miles north of Hanna, Utah on Highway 35 (if you're driving from Hanna, the Warm Springs Retreat sign will be on the left (east) side of the road). We'll be sending you a map in the spring. We've reserved the resort for three nights: Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Families can begin arriving on Thursday afternoon after 2:00 pm. While the reunion will officially end on Saturday after brunch, families may choose to stay an extra day but must check out on Sunday morning by 11:00 am.

Accommodations and Activities:

Seven cabins (sleeps 2 or 4 people per cabin)
Nine trailer spaces with water, power, and sewage hookups
Unlimited tent camping by the river with fire pit, benches, and two picnic tables
Men's and women's restrooms and showers
Covered pavilion with electricity, refrigerator/freezer, and plenty of seating
Ampitheater with fire pit
Volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, kayaking, pedal boats, fishing and lots of fun activities

If you would like to stay in a cabin, please contact us as soon as possible (mcconkie.reunion@gmail.com). The cabins will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. FYI, the resort does not allow smoking, drinking, ATVs, firearms, or animals. We will be responsible for cleaning up when we leave.

Cabin #6--1 double bed, 2 twin beds (located near the river)
Cabin #7--1 double bed, 2 twin beds, small table w/2 chairs (near the river)

Note the following:

You must provide your own bedding or sleeping bags.
You need to clean your own cabin before leaving.
Cabins do not have bathrooms or plumbing.
